Project Description
A new customer from Thailand contacted us after finding our website and sent photos of the existing buckets for model identification. After reviewing the photos and dimensions, we confirmed that the required model was DL3319. The customer then placed a trial order for 200 pcs of white ABS elevator buckets. Before production, we prepared a detailed drawing for confirmation, and manufacturing started after the dimensions were approved. The order was completed within approximately 15–20 days. Material
The material of these buckets is white ABS, which is much stronger than HDPE. The DL3319 buckets in this project were manufactured from white ABS for stable dimensions and reliable impact resistance in continuous conveying applications. For other operating conditions, different elevator bucket models are available in plastic and metal materials. Packing
After production and inspection, the 200 DL3319 buckets were packed in cartons and secured on one pallet. The pallet was wrapped with protective film and tightly strapped to reduce movement during handling and transportation.
