Application
Nylon rollers are used to support the conveyor chain while is chain conveyor is running.
In this video, maybe you can not see the roller under the chain, but you can image.
This is a picture to show how the roller is under the chain.
The roller support size (width ) needs to be smaller than the chain link width.
You can see from this roller picture, they have the raised parts. The raised parts are used to support the chain. The roller raised width size needs to be smaller than the chain link width.
Cases
210mm Chain
Check the left our 210mm (flight width) chain, the Inner link width is 26.5mm, then our matching roller raised width is 22mm.
You can see the nylon roller width will be smaller than the inner link width.
290mm Chain
It is for 290mm chain, the inner link width is 30mm, then our matching raised width of nylon roller is 26mm.
430mm Chain
For 430mm flight width chain, we don’t recommend the nylon roller-no teeth type.
We recommend nylon roller with teeth type. As above right drawing.
The teeth depth is higher then the height of the above roller. It is suitable for our big chain.
The chain inner link width is 38mm, the teeth of roller top width is 33.5mm. Roller width should be smaller than the inner link width.
