Description of brush
The QMW55 brush sieve cleaner is installed on the upper part of a flat sieve and is mainly used for flour cleaning applications. Its fan blade structure helps reduce movement blockage inside the screen and improves cleaning efficiency during continuous sieve operation.

Material
The QMW55 brush sieve cleaners in this project were manufactured from FDA approved polyurethane (PU), following the customer’s approved sample requirement. PU provides good wear resistance and flexibility for repeated sieve cleaning operations.

All 200 pcs of QMW55 brush sieve cleaners were packed in one carton with proper protection and shipped to the customer by FedEx Express.
