The content of project
This project is a 2000m scraper conveyor chain with matching uhmwpe scrapers blade and chain wheel sprocket.
This is a long-term project. Repeat the order every year.
This scraper chain specification is:
The thickness of the chain plate is 6 mm, the chain pitch is 100 mm. Two pitches of chain will install a set of chain scraper paddles. The width of the metal scraper is 225 mm.
The scraper chain plate material is 40Mn, and chain pin, roller and sleeve material is 40Cr. 40Cr is a wear-resistant material, it has a high tensile strength.
The hardness of the chain plate is 32 ~ 35HRC and the hardness of the pin and sleeve of the chain is 35HRC.
