Project Details
This is a long-term repeat project for a Latin American customer who orders scraper conveyor chains from us every year. The current order included 2,000 m of scraper conveyor chain together with matching UHMWPE scraper flights and metal sprockets.
The chain uses a 100 mm pitch with 6 mm thick chain plates. One set of scraper paddles is installed every two chain pitches, and the metal scraper width is 225 mm. The chain plates are manufactured from 40Mn steel, while the pins, rollers and sleeves use 40Cr steel for improved wear resistance and mechanical strength.

Other matching accessories
The scraper conveyor chain in this project was matched with UHMWPE scraper flight paddles and metal chain sprockets. UHMWPE flights provide good wear resistance and low friction during material conveying, while the sprockets are selected according to the chain pitch and conveyor drive requirements.
