Scraper Conveyor Chains Supplied to Latin America

A long-term Latin American customer placed another repeat order for 2,000 m of scraper conveyor chain with matching UHMWPE scraper flights and metal sprockets. The chain uses 100 mm pitch, 6 mm chain plates and 225 mm scraper width for continuous bulk material conveying.

Project Details

This is a long-term repeat project for a Latin American customer who orders scraper conveyor chains from us every year. The current order included 2,000 m of scraper conveyor chain together with matching UHMWPE scraper flights and metal sprockets.

The chain uses a 100 mm pitch with 6 mm thick chain plates. One set of scraper paddles is installed every two chain pitches, and the metal scraper width is 225 mm. The chain plates are manufactured from 40Mn steel, while the pins, rollers and sleeves use 40Cr steel for improved wear resistance and mechanical strength.

Other matching accessories

The scraper conveyor chain in this project was matched with UHMWPE scraper flight paddles and metal chain sprockets. UHMWPE flights provide good wear resistance and low friction during material conveying, while the sprockets are selected according to the chain pitch and conveyor drive requirements.

A Paraguayan customer placed another repeat order for 200 pcs of QMW55 brush sieve cleaners made from FDA approved PU. The cleaners are installed on flat sieves for flour cleaning applications, inspected after production, packed in cartons and delivered by FedEx Express.

HDPE Elevator Bucket

An Italian customer ordered three types of HDPE elevator buckets, including Euro type, M type and S type models. The mounting holes were punched according to the customer’s installation requirements, with different bucket materials and models available for various bulk material handling applications.

Brush Sieve Cleaner QMW55

A Paraguayan customer placed a second order for 200 pcs of QMW55 brush sieve cleaners made from FDA approved PU. The cleaners are installed on flat sieves for flour cleaning applications, packed in one carton after production and delivered by FedEx Express.

Conveyor Belt Brush Cleaner Sample Supplied to South America

A South American customer required 100 conveyor belt brush cleaners for a rotary cleaning system and first requested one sample for installation testing. The white brush measured Ø150 × 390 mm with a Ø25 mm bore and was sent together with another shipment for evaluation.

Long-Term Partnership from Belarus: 5,000 DM Elevator Buckets

A long-term Belarusian customer placed a fifth repeat order for 5,000 HDPE DM elevator buckets, including 3,000 DM1413, 1,000 DM1010 and 1,000 DM2517 units. The buckets were inspected, stacked and palletized for international shipment after production.
