Description
This project was ordered by a new customer from the Philippines. The customer first requested several bucket samples to evaluate the product quality. After the samples were approved, they placed an order for five models of white HDPE CC elevator buckets with customized logos.
The order included CC4X3, CC5X4, CC9X5, CC10X5 and CC11X5, with 1,000 pcs of each model, for a total quantity of 5,000 pcs. Before production, we prepared detailed drawings for customer confirmation. Production started after the drawings and logo requirements were approved, and the complete order was finished within approximately one month, including the logo molds.
The customer also requested Form E for the shipment. According to destination and trade requirements, other origin or free trade agreement documents may also be available when applicable. Material
The CC elevator buckets in this project were manufactured from white HDPE. Depending on operating conditions and material handling requirements, other elevator bucket models are also available in reinforced nylon, carbon steel and stainless steel. Packing
All 5,000 CC elevator buckets were loaded onto five pallets, wrapped with protective plastic film and securely strapped for transportation. The pallets arrived at the shipping agent’s warehouse in good packing condition.
