Description
This order was placed by a long-term customer from Chile who regularly purchases screw flights from us. The customer had previously ordered four different models and was satisfied with their performance after receiving them, so this time they added another size to the order.
The new continuous screw conveyor flight was manufactured to OD250 × ID60.3 × P250 × L1000 × T5 mm with right-hand rotation. Production was completed within approximately 10 days. For related custom flight and shaft solutions, you can also explore our screw conveyor components.
Material
The continuous screw flight in this project was manufactured from Q235 carbon steel. Stainless steel options are also available according to customer requirements, conveying materials and operating conditions.
Packing
After production and inspection, all screw flights were securely loaded into one steel cage for export transportation. The steel cage provided strong protection during handling and shipment, with a total packed weight of approximately 1.3 tons. The cargo was then delivered to the customer’s designated freight forwarder warehouse.
