Production Style
This is our VIP customer, who has ordered from us many times a year! We had a great time cooperating and communicating.
A total of 8 pcs of black PA6 nylon worms, were produced per the customer’s drawings.
Order Process
- Customers send us drawings and inquire about our production capacity for the item.
- We confirm whether we can produce. Then provide a quotation.
- Customers send us orders by mail, we issue proforma invoices. Receive advance payment.
- We’ll draw three-dimensional(3D) drawings to the customer for confirmation and approval.
Material
PA-G6 material, black color.
Usage
Generally, we call it a bottle dividing screw, and usually used in the packaging industry.
But we don’t really care about what industry our customers use.
We just produce them according to the customer’s drawing requirements and our negotiations by email.
Delivery Time
We made them within 10 days and usually can be finished ahead of time.
Delivery Method
For such a small quantity, we usually send them by economic express, for example, FedEx, UPS, DHL and so on.
Packing method
We use one wooden case to load all the worms, to make sure all the worms are arrived safely.
