Production Style
This project was completed for a long-term Israeli customer who places multiple customized orders with us each year. We have maintained smooth cooperation and communication throughout our previous projects.
For this order, we manufactured 8 pcs of custom black PA-G6 nylon worm screws according to the customer’s confirmed drawings and dimensional requirements.
Order Process
- The customer sent us the product drawings and asked us to review whether the worm screws could be manufactured according to the required structure and dimensions.
- After reviewing the drawings and confirming production feasibility, we prepared the quotation for the customer.
- Once the order was confirmed, we issued the proforma invoice and arranged production after receiving the advance payment.
- Before manufacturing, we prepared detailed 3D drawings for the customer’s final dimensional confirmation and approval.
Material
The worm screws in this project were manufactured from black PA6G cast nylon according to the customer’s material requirement. PA6G offers good mechanical strength, wear resistance and low friction, making it suitable for moving and guiding components used in packaging machinery.

Usage
This type of component is generally called a bottle dividing screw or feed screw and is commonly used in packaging equipment to separate, guide or position bottles during continuous production.
The exact end-use application is determined by the customer. Our responsibility is to manufacture the worm screw according to the confirmed drawings, dimensions, material requirements and technical details agreed during project communication.

Delivery Time
The 8 custom worm screws were completed within approximately 10 days. Production time for similar customized parts depends on drawing complexity, material, quantity and current production schedule.
Delivery Method
For small customized orders like this one, international express delivery is usually the most practical shipping method. Depending on destination and customer requirements, the finished parts can be shipped by FedEx, UPS, DHL or other suitable express services.
Packing method
All 8 black nylon worm screws were securely packed in one wooden case to provide protection against movement and impact during handling and international transportation.
