This long-term South American customer regularly purchases chain conveyor components from us, including conveyor chains, chain flights, sprockets and nylon rollers. In addition to conveyor parts, the customer also relies on us for one-stop sourcing of other industrial equipment required for their operations. For this project, they ordered a Heli heavy-duty forklift for warehouse material handling. This was the second time the customer had purchased a forklift through us.

1.2m OD Conical Screw Flight with 50mm Thickness

A New Zealand customer ordered a custom 50 mm thick conical screw flight with a maximum OD of 1.2 m and minimum OD of 430 mm. Due to the changing inner and outer diameters and heavy plate thickness, special tooling and balancing methods were developed to ensure concentricity and production success.

A new Vietnamese customer ordered 560 white ABS DL3319 elevator buckets together with 210 meters of stainless steel elevator chain with nylon rollers. Drawings were confirmed before production, and the complete order was finished within 15–20 days and packed on three pallets for shipment.

An Australian customer ordered customized continuous and sectional screw flights in multiple sizes with both left-hand and right-hand rotation. After technical discussions and specification confirmation, the flights were manufactured, separately packed in a steel cage and wooden case, and shipped by LCL sea freight.

Elevator Buckets, Bolts and Belt Supplied for Bucket Elevator Project

An African customer ordered a complete set of bucket elevator components, including plastic and steel elevator buckets, M8/M10 fang bolt sets and EP200 rubber elevator belts. Multiple bucket sizes, bolt lengths and belt widths were supplied for matching within the same vertical conveying system.

Custom continuous screw flights with 250mm outer diameter, 60.3mm inner diameter, 250mm pitch, 1000mm length, and 5mm thickness

Custom Continuous Screw Flights, Elevator Buckets and M8 Bolts for a Repeat Order

A Chilean repeat customer placed an order for 800 custom continuous screw flights, 3,200 elevator buckets and 8,000 sets of M8×40 elevator bolts. The components were produced to confirmed specifications, inspected, and packed in reinforced iron cages and pallets for shipment.

Fang Bolt Set to Fiji

A Fiji customer placed a sample order for M8×45WS fang elevator bolt sets after confirming our standard drawing. Each set included one fang bolt, domed washer, spring washer and nyloc nut, with galvanized surface treatment for secure bucket elevator installation.

CC Type Elevator Buckets to East-South Asia

A Philippine customer ordered 5,000 white HDPE CC elevator buckets in five models, including CC4X3, CC5X4, CC9X5, CC10X5 and CC11X5. After sample approval, the buckets were customized with customer logos, produced within one month and prepared with Form E documentation.
