This long-term South American customer regularly purchases chain conveyor components from us, including conveyor chains, chain flights, sprockets and nylon rollers. In addition to conveyor parts, the customer also relies on us for one-stop sourcing of other industrial equipment required for their operations. For this project, they ordered a Heli heavy-duty forklift for warehouse material handling. This was the second time the customer had purchased a forklift through us.

A long-term Polish customer ordered 100 meters of conveyor chain and 8 matching sprockets to replace worn components in an existing conveyor system. Based on customer photos and partial parameters, we prepared detailed drawings for confirmation before production, inspection and shipment to Poland.

Meeting the Needs of Our Long-Term Honduran Client: Supplying High-Temperature Welding Chains for a Boiler Plant

A long-term Honduran customer ordered 450 meters of custom welded curved chain for a boiler plant handling burnt coal slag. The chain was manufactured from 35CrMo alloy steel for high-temperature and abrasive conditions, with drawing confirmation, heat treatment, inspection and export packing.

Conveyor Belt Brush Cleaner Sample Supplied to South America

A South American customer required 100 conveyor belt brush cleaners for a rotary cleaning system and first requested one sample for installation testing. The white brush measured Ø150 × 390 mm with a Ø25 mm bore and was sent together with another shipment for evaluation.

Rubber Conveyor Belt

A French customer ordered a custom EP100 rubber conveyor belt measuring 1800 mm wide, 70 m long and 6 mm thick with anti-UV treatment. The belt was manufactured to replace a narrower 1.2 m belt used to protect an air dam in a river.
