This long-term South American customer regularly purchases chain conveyor components from us, including conveyor chains, chain flights, sprockets and nylon rollers. In addition to conveyor parts, the customer also relies on us for one-stop sourcing of other industrial equipment required for their operations. For this project, they ordered a Heli heavy-duty forklift for warehouse material handling. This was the second time the customer had purchased a forklift through us.

One 40-foot container was required for all items in this project. We coordinated the consolidation, container loading, customs declaration and export documentation before shipment. The customer only needed to confirm the purchasing and shipping requirements, while we handled the related export arrangements and loading coordination.
