Steel elevator buckets can be manufactured from carbon steel or stainless steel according to the conveyed material, operating environment, corrosion resistance requirements and customer specifications.

Hole drilling
Standard mounting hole dimensions are available in our catalogue and product drawings. If the customer’s existing installation requires different hole diameters, spacing or positions, we can customize the hole punching according to the confirmed requirements at no additional machining charge.
Matching elevator bucket bolts
Steel elevator buckets can be matched with different bucket fastening options according to the installation requirement. For this DS1312 project, the customer selected M6×30 fanged elevator bolts. A complete bolt set can include the bolt, nyloc nut, flat or domed washer and spring washer.

Delivery method
Shipping methods can be selected according to order quantity, package size and customer requirements. Larger production orders can be shipped by sea freight, while smaller quantities can be sent by international express such as FedEx, DHL or UPS.
Customers may use their own freight forwarder or express account, or we can arrange the shipment through our logistics partners according to the required destination and delivery method.
