Scraper chain conveyor
Scraper chain conveyors are widely used for transporting bulk materials in enclosed conveyor systems. They can be designed for horizontal, inclined, or special conveying routes, with multiple loading and discharge points according to the process requirements.
The conveying principle is based on scraper flights attached to a moving chain. As the chain travels through the conveyor casing, the flights push the bulk material along the bottom of the trough. The chain is driven by sprockets installed at the drive section.
Different flight designs can be used according to the conveying angle, material properties, capacity, and operating conditions.
Redler chain conveyor
A Redler chain conveyor is a type of enclosed scraper conveyor designed to move bulk materials through a rectangular casing. The scraper chain travels through the conveyor and moves the material continuously along the bottom of the casing.
The conveyor is normally composed of modular trough sections, a drive head, a tensioning section, scraper chain, sprockets, and related accessories. The drive head contains the motor and transmission system, while the opposite end provides chain tensioning and adjustment.
Redler conveyors are widely used in grain, feed, mining, and other bulk material handling industries. Their enclosed structure makes them suitable for dusty materials, high-temperature applications, and systems requiring multiple inlet or discharge points.
