This project was developed for a long-term customer who regularly orders custom conveyor and engineering plastic parts from YT Conveyor.

Order Process

The customer sent a worm screw sketch and product photos for production feasibility review.
We confirm whether we can produce. Then provide a quotation.
Customers send us orders by mail, we issue proforma invoices. Receive advance payment.
We’ll draw three-dimensional(3D) drawings to the customer for confirmation and approval.

Material

White PA6 nylon material.

Packing and Delivery

For such a small quantity, we usually pack then with cartons or wooden cases, and then send them by economic express, for example, FedEx, UPS, DHL and so on.
