Custom Production

This project was developed for a long-term Israeli customer who regularly orders custom conveyor and engineering plastic parts from YT Conveyor. The white PA6 worm screw was manufactured according to the customer’s sketch, product photos and confirmed 3D drawing.

Order Process

The customer sent a worm screw sketch and product photos for feasibility review.
We reviewed the structure and manufacturing requirements before preparing the quotation.
After order confirmation and advance payment, we prepared a detailed 3D drawing for dimensional review.
Production started only after the customer approved the 3D drawing.

Material

The worm screw in this project was manufactured from white PA6 nylon. PA6 offers good mechanical strength, wear resistance and dimensional stability, making it suitable for custom wear-resistant and conveying components. Packing and Delivery

An Israeli customer ordered a custom nylon feed screw with SS304 components for liquid packaging equipment. The screw was designed according to the customer’s bottles and application, confirmed through 3D simulation, and checked for rotation direction and bottle-handling performance before production.

A Malaysian customer ordered a complete set of bucket elevator components, including 440 CC11×6 elevator buckets, 6 S4 belt fasteners and 1,800 sets of fang bolts. All parts were inspected, securely packed and palletized for international shipment.

Agricultural Chain, Chain flight and Sprocket

An Ecuadorian customer ordered 100.016 m of GLF66.5(6)D scraper conveyor chain, 400 UHMWPE BF240×49×14 flights and 4 matching 12-tooth sprockets. The chain and flights were assembled before shipment with M8×35S installation bolts and packed on one pallet for export.
