Custom Production

This project was developed for a long-term customer who regularly orders custom conveyor and engineering plastic parts from YT Conveyor.

Order Process

  • The customer sent a worm screw sketch and product photos for production feasibility review.
  • We confirm whether we can produce. Then provide a quotation.
  • Customers send us orders by mail, we issue proforma invoices. Receive advance payment.
  • We’ll draw three-dimensional(3D) drawings to the customer for confirmation and approval.

Material

White PA6 nylon material.

Packing and Delivery

For such a small quantity, we usually pack then with cartons or wooden cases, and then send them by economic express, for example, FedEx, UPS, DHL and so on.

A repeat order for custom continuous screw flights, DQ1814 and M2816 elevator buckets, and M8x40 bolts. The screw flights were produced with 250mm outer diameter, 60.3mm inner diameter, 250mm pitch, 1000mm length, and 5mm thickness. Non-standard hole punching and reinforced packing were completed according to the customer’s requirements.
