Description
The size of screw auger is OD315mm, ID100mm, Pitch400mm, Thickness5mm, Left hand, one pitch one piece.
But at the beginning, our client wanted pitch 500mm, we checked that the pitch is too big compared with outer diameter for our product, this cause we can not screw the flight, or the size will not within the right range. So we discussed with the client, we suggested whether he can change the pitch to 400mm, and he accepted.
Material
The material of sectional screw flight in this case is stainless steel(SS304).
We also have carbon steel, low alloy steel, wear-resistant steel etc. for different demands.

Packing
Woven bag+Air bubble wrap+Wrapping film.
Because this quantity is not too large, needed to delivery by express, we use the light packaging, it can reduce the transportation cost.
If it’s in bulk, generally we will use pallet or plywood case to pack.
