Project Description
This rubber belt was customized for a customer in France according to their confirmed requirements. The finished belt measured 1800 mm in width, 70 m in length and 6 mm in thickness, with a black anti-UV surface for outdoor use.
After production, the complete belt was covered with protective plastic and securely placed on a pallet for transportation. Production was completed within approximately 20 days, after which the belt was shipped to the customer in France.

Customer’s Belt Usage
The customer used the rubber belt as a protective covering for an air dam installed in a river. Their existing belt was approximately 1.2 m wide, which did not fully cover the dam surface. For the replacement project on another dam, the customer therefore selected a wider 1.8 m belt to provide better surface coverage and protection.
Because the belt is exposed outdoors, anti-UV performance was included in the specification to improve suitability for long-term environmental exposure.
