This project involves the supply of Nylon PA6 rods to a customer in Panama, covering two specifications:
• Ø100mm × 2000mm – 13 pcs
• Ø90mm × 2000mm – 5 pcs
The order was completed with full documentation, including proforma invoice, material inspection report, dimensional inspection report, and technical data sheet, ensuring complete traceability and quality assurance.
Product Description
The supplied product is Nylon PA6 rod (Polyamide 6), manufactured by extrusion process.
It offers:

Inspection & Quality Control
Material Inspection
A full material inspection report was provided before shipment, covering:
• Density: 1.13–1.15 g/cm³
• Tensile strength: ≥65 MPa
• Flexural strength: ≥85 MPa
• Hardness: ≥80 Shore D
• Water absorption and heat resistance
All results meet the required standards and are approved for delivery.
Dimensional Inspection
All rods were checked before shipment:
• Ø90mm actual diameter: approx. 93mm
• Ø100mm actual diameter: approx. 103mm
• Length tolerance within required range (2000mm ± tolerance)
The inspection confirms all dimensions meet customer requirements.

Packing & Delivery
The products were packed securely for export:
• Packing: One pallet
• Gross Weight: 355.6 kgs
• Net Weight: 337.4 kgs

• Volume: 0.58 CBM
The rods were protected with film wrapping and fixed on pallet to prevent damage during transportation.

All Nylon PA6 rods were inspected and approved before shipment, with complete documentation provided to the customer.
