YT Conveyor supplied 230 ZF series motor vibrators to a customer in Colombia. The order included four ZF-T2 and ZF-T4 models, selected in different quantities for the customer’s industrial vibration equipment requirements.
Industrial motor vibrators are used as a vibration source on suitable equipment. When selecting a model, it is important to confirm the required vibration force, mounting arrangement, electrical parameters and operating conditions rather than selecting only by appearance or model name.
Order Details
The Colombia order included the following ZF series motor vibrator models:
- 50 units of ZF-T2/60
- 100 units of ZF-T2/100
- 30 units of ZF-T2/300
- 50 units of ZF-T4/80
The total order quantity was 230 units.
ZF-T2 and ZF-T4 Motor Vibrator Models
The order combined different ZF series models so that the customer could use the suitable motor vibrator according to the requirements of each piece of equipment. Although models in the same series may have a similar external appearance, their vibration force class, mounting details and electrical specifications can differ.
For projects with several motor vibrator models, we recommend confirming the exact model number and quantity for each item before production and shipment. This helps ensure that the motors received match the customer’s equipment requirements.
The unit nameplates clearly identify the relevant model and operating parameters. For this order, the serial number ranges were recorded by model group to support product identification and shipment checking.

This was not our first supply of ZF series motor vibrators to South America. In an earlier ZF series motor vibrator project, we supplied additional T2, T4 and T6 configurations for a customer in the region.
