Project Description
Our client needs the quantity 100m agricultural scraper conveyor chain. Upon sending us the basic chain conveyor width and chain requirement, he needs us to send him the drawing for his approval.
Also, he needs our help to equip the suitable UHMWPE plastic chain attachment flight and the right size of the sprocket by telling us the sprocket teeth requirement.

Assembly
The clients commonly assemble the chain, flight and sprocket on his side. This packing size will be smaller to save the ocean freight.
But some clients like this project, the client needs us to assemble the chain and the flight together, so this will be easy for his work before his use.
As our factory, we need to charge an assembly cost (including the standard installation bolts, for this case, it is M8x35S, 1504sets)

Commonly the ocean freight will be counted by the weight or the measurement. Which is bigger, and will be used for the ocean freight calculation. If the weight is less than one ton or the measurement is less than one cbm, it will look as one ton/on cbm.
