Brief of Project
This was a repeat order from our Kenyan customer. The customer regularly purchases complete bucket elevator components from us, including plastic elevator buckets, steel elevator buckets, fang bolts and elevator belts, so the related parts can be matched within the same bucket elevator system.

This order included five plastic elevator bucket models in different capacities and mounting dimensions: DS1009, DQ1311, DS1109, DS1411 and DS2014. Material
HDPE is the most commonly selected material for plastic elevator buckets when there are no special operating requirements. For more demanding working conditions, nylon or other materials can be considered according to wear, impact and temperature requirements. Material selection also affects the final product cost.
Elevator Fang Bolt
Fang bolts are commonly ordered together with elevator buckets to provide secure bucket installation on the elevator belt. For this project, the customer ordered three sizes of fanged elevator bolts: M6×25WS — 3,000 pcs, M6×35WS — 1,000 pcs, and M8×30WS — 1,000 pcs. Steel Elevator buckets
In addition to the plastic buckets, the customer also ordered 3,000 pcs of carbon steel DS1009 elevator buckets with 1.5 mm thickness. The confirmed specification was DS1009-1.5, 100 × 90 × 65 mm, hole center 50 mm and 2-Ø7 mounting holes. Steel buckets are suitable for applications requiring higher structural strength or more demanding conveying conditions.
Reinforced Rubber Elevator Belt
The reinforced rubber elevator belt was ordered together with the buckets and bolts for the same bucket elevator system. The specification was 600YP-125, 400 m total, packed as four rolls of 100 m each. The belt was packed in roll form for easier handling and transportation. Packing of the Bucket and Bolt
The elevator buckets and fang bolts were securely palletized for export transportation, helping reduce movement and handling damage during shipment.
Certificate PVoC to Kenya Market
For goods exported to Kenya, Pre-Export Verification of Conformity (PVoC) requirements may apply according to the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) import regulations. A Certificate of Conformity (CoC) is used as an important reference document for customs clearance. For each shipment, the applicable inspection procedure and authorized PVoC service provider should be confirmed according to the latest KEBS requirements before shipment.
