Material

The chain rollers in this project were manufactured from nylon, which provides good wear resistance, low friction and self-lubricating properties for continuous contact with conveyor chains. Depending on the application, similar rollers can also be customized from UHMWPE.

Carbon Steel Helicoid Screw Flights Supplied to U.A.E.

A U.A.E. customer ordered a carbon steel continuous screw flight with OD330 × ID114 × P250 × T12 mm dimensions and right-hand rotation. The flight was manufactured according to confirmed specifications, packed in an export plywood case and shipped by LCL sea freight.
