A Canadian customer ordered GLF scraper conveyor chains together with plastic and steel scrapers for a MuYang conveyor system. After reviewing the customer’s photos, we prepared chain and scraper drawings for confirmation, then completed production, inspection and pallet packing for LCL sea shipment.

Project Description

A new Canadian customer found us through our website and contacted us for conveyor chains together with plastic and steel scrapers for a MuYang chain conveyor. The customer first sent photos of the existing conveyor and chain for identification. After reviewing the application, we confirmed that we could manufacture the required components and prepared detailed drawings of both the chains and scrapers for approval. After the dimensions were confirmed, the customer placed the order. GLF and GLR Scraper Conveyor Chains

The chain used in this project was a GLF type scraper conveyor chain. GLF and GLR chains are two common chain types used in horizontal and U-type scraper conveyors for grain, feed and bulk material handling. Our GLF scraper conveyor chain uses 40Mn steel for the chain plates and 40Cr steel for the pins and rollers, with heat treatment applied to improve hardness, wear resistance and service life. Packing Photos

After production and inspection were completed, all chains and scrapers were securely packed on one pallet and shipped to Canada by LCL sea freight.

A Thailand customer ordered 200 pcs of ABS DL4013 elevator buckets for an existing bucket elevator system. The buckets were manufactured according to the confirmed model requirements, inspected before shipment, and securely packed for international transportation.

1,800 White Natural Rubber Balls Supplied to a New Customer in Romania

A Romanian customer ordered 1,800 white natural rubber cleaning balls in Ø26 mm for vibrating sieve and screening applications. The finished balls were inspected, packed in one reinforced carton, and prepared for international express delivery.

ABS Elevator Bucket DL3319 TO Thailand

A Thai customer ordered 200 white ABS DL3319 elevator buckets for a Z-type bucket elevator system. After bucket photos and dimensions were reviewed, drawings were confirmed before production. The order was completed within 15–20 days, packed in cartons and secured on one pallet for shipment.

M3018 HDPE Elevator Bucket to Chile

A long-term Chilean customer ordered 2,000 white HDPE M3018 elevator buckets. The buckets measure 318 × 185 × 140 mm with three mounting holes, 100 mm hole spacing and standard 11 mm hole diameter, with hole dimensions customizable to customer requirements.

Q355 Continuous and Segment Screw flight

An Australian customer ordered customized continuous and sectional screw flights in multiple sizes with both left-hand and right-hand rotation. After technical discussions and specification confirmation, the flights were manufactured, separately packed in a steel cage and wooden case, and shipped by LCL sea freight.
