DM Type Buckets Description
DM series rice mill bucket is used in rice mill, it was initially designed by company Satake Japan.
DM type rice mill buckets are designed for gentle grain conveying using a sliding discharge principle. Instead of dropping the material abruptly, rice flows gradually from one bucket to the next, helping reduce impact, grain breakage and surface damage during conveying. The DM1413 model used in this project belongs to our DM Type Rice Mill Bucket range, developed for rice mills and other applications where gentle material handling is important.
Project Description
This Belarusian customer has ordered DM1413 elevator buckets from us several times. Before the first order, the customer requested samples to evaluate the bucket quality and suitability for their equipment. After completing the sample test, they confirmed orders totaling 1,000 pcs in July and September 2024.
Before each production run, we prepared the DM1413 drawing for dimensional confirmation. Production started after the drawing was approved and was completed within approximately 15–20 days. The finished buckets were inspected, and packing photos and shipment details were provided before dispatch.

Material
The DM1413 buckets in this project were manufactured from white HDPE, offering lightweight construction, corrosion resistance and reliable performance for rice and grain handling applications. For other conveying conditions, different elevator bucket models are available in HDPE, nylon, PU and metal materials.
