DM Type Buckets Description
DM series rice mill bucket is used in rice mill, it was initially designed by company Satake Japan.
It is a kind of material sliding-style bucket. The material in the back bucket flows to the back of the front bucket, then one by one connected. The rice slides down slowly, without a rough material-dropping process. Then the damage rate of rice will be slow, and the rice’s appearance will be beautiful.
Project Description
These DM1413 buckets were ordered by our customer in Belarus, who has placed them several times.
At first, they asked for some bucket samples to check our quality.
A few days later, they were satisfied with our buckets and confirmed to buy the 1000-piece buckets in July and September 2024.
Before production, we sent them our drawing for checking. After they gave us the green light, we made the production.
We finished them within 15-20 days, then sent the packing details and photos for their checking.
To protect the elevator buckets, we packed them with plastic bags and then loaded them on two pallets.
Material
The material of these buckets is white HDPE. We can also supply reinforced nylon, ABS, carbon steel and stainless steel materials, and lots of model types for choosing, all are based on the customer’s needs.
