Conveyor Belt Brush Cleaner Sample Supplied to South America

A South American customer required 100 conveyor belt brush cleaners for a rotary cleaning system and first requested one sample for installation testing. The white brush measured Ø150 × 390 mm with a Ø25 mm bore and was sent together with another shipment for evaluation.

General

A South American customer required 100 pcs of conveyor belt brush cleaners for a rotary cleaning system. This is not one of our standard products, and the customer only required the brush component rather than the complete rotary assembly.

Because this was a new project, the customer first requested one sample to check whether the brush matched their equipment and could be installed correctly. As we already had another order in production for the customer, we prepared one brush sample free of charge and shipped it together with the existing order for testing.

An Australian customer ordered DS1312 steel elevator buckets together with matching M6×30 fang elevator bolts. The buckets were formed by one-piece stamping without welded seams, with mounting holes customizable to the customer’s installation requirements.

A Latin American customer ordered customized BF flat UHMWPE conveyor flights for a scraper chain conveyor. The flights were mounted on metal chain scrapers to push bulk material during conveying, with dimensions and mounting holes customized according to the customer’s chain and scraper requirements.

200 PCS ABS Elevator Buckets DL4013 for Thailand Customer

A Thailand customer ordered 200 pcs of ABS DL4013 elevator buckets for an existing bucket elevator system. The buckets were manufactured according to the confirmed model requirements, inspected before shipment, and securely packed for international transportation.

Agricultural Chain, Chain flight and Sprocket

An Ecuadorian customer ordered 100.016 m of GLF66.5(6)D scraper conveyor chain, 400 UHMWPE BF240×49×14 flights and 4 matching 12-tooth sprockets. The chain and flights were assembled before shipment with M8×35S installation bolts and packed on one pallet for export.
