Why Is Drag Bar Support Needed?
For shorter drag bars, additional support is usually not required. However, when the drag bar length reaches about 290 mm or more, extra support may be needed to improve rigidity and stability during operation. In this case, a support bar can be added as shown in the picture.

As shown in the picture above, the previous support design used a square tube. We have now changed it to a round bar support design for smoother material flow and better conveying performance.

A few years ago, we used a plate-type support for the drag bar. We have since improved the design by changing it to a round bar support.
The round bar design allows the material to flow more smoothly through the conveyor. With a plate-type support, material can accumulate around the support area, which may restrict material flow and reduce conveying efficiency.
