Production Style
The worm screws in this project were custom manufactured according to the customer’s drawings and reference photos. The structure, dimensions and stainless steel inserts were reviewed before production to ensure the finished parts matched the confirmed requirements.
Material
The worm screws were manufactured from PA66 nylon with an inner SS304 stainless steel rod and stainless steel pin. This combined structure provides the wear resistance and low-friction properties of nylon together with added internal strength from the stainless steel components.

Usage
This type of worm screw is generally used in the packaging industry, especially in bottle handling, feeding and positioning equipment. The exact end-use application is determined by the customer. Our responsibility is to manufacture the part according to the confirmed drawings, dimensions, material requirements and technical details agreed during project communication.
Delivery time
Production for this custom worm screw order was completed within approximately one week after the drawings and requirements were confirmed.
Deliver method
For small customized orders like this one, international express delivery is usually the most practical option. Depending on destination and customer requirements, the parts can be shipped by FedEx, DHL or UPS.
Order Process
- The customer sends us the product drawings and asks us to review whether the required structure and dimensions can be manufactured.
- After confirming production feasibility, we prepare the quotation.
- Once the customer places the order, we issue a proforma invoice and arrange production after receiving the advance payment.
- Before manufacturing, we prepare detailed 3D drawings for final dimensional confirmation and customer approval.
