Our conveyor chain sprocket is used together with our conveyor scraper chain and chain flight. So when a customer orders our conveyor chain he will also order our chain sprocket.
Usually, our customers will order according to their work situation for six teeth, seven teeth, eight teeth or ten teeth wheels sprockets.
Material
Our metal conveyor chain sprocket wheel is usually made of 45 alloy steel if there is no special requirement. The hardness on the top of the chain teeth reaches to 42 ~ 45HRC.
The depth of the conveyor trough determines the diameter of the sprocket. The deeper the depth of the conveyor trough the larger the diameter of the chain conveyor sprocket wheel. And the larger diameter conveyor chain has many numbers of chain teeth.
Split Chain wheel
For easy chain conveyor maintenance, we now also produce split sprockets. It is made up of two parts. Fixed by bolts and used together. It is easy to be uninstalled and installed after the maintenance is finished.
