An Australian customer requested customized BR103X80X10 drag conveyor flight samples for a U-type scraper conveyor system. After reviewing customer photos and dimensions, we prepared drawings for confirmation and produced 10 sample pieces with customized hole requirements.

Description

The BR type arc drag conveyor flight is designed for U-type scraper conveyors and self-cleaning scraper conveyor systems. It can be manufactured from HDPE, UHMWPE, PA and PU materials according to different conveying conditions. Hole diameter, mounting position and flight dimensions can be customized based on customer requirements.

For applications requiring higher wear resistance, reinforced UHMWPE material can also be supplied for improved performance in demanding environments. Project Description

This was a customized sample project for an Australian customer who contacted us through our website. The customer first sent photos of the existing drag flight to check whether we could manufacture a suitable replacement. After reviewing the requirements, we provided our standard drawing and requested the necessary dimensions.

Based on the confirmed measurements, we prepared the drag flight drawing for customer approval. After the drawing was confirmed, we manufactured the samples according to the approved specifications.

Packaging

The total quantity of this sample order was 10 pieces. Among them, 8 pieces were manufactured with holes, while the other 2 pieces were supplied without holes because the customer may relocate the hole positions for further testing.

All samples were packed in one carton and shipped to the customer by FedEx Express.

Supplying Stainless Steel Fang Bolts M8×30 to Vietnam

A Vietnamese customer ordered 320 sets of SS304 M8×30 fanged elevator bolts as sample units for bucket elevator installation. The bolts were manufactured for corrosion resistance and secure fastening, inspected after production, carefully packed and delivered directly to Vietnam by UPS express.

Supplying Bucket Elevator Parts to Malaysia

A Malaysian customer ordered a complete set of bucket elevator components, including 440 CC11×6 elevator buckets, 6 S4 belt fasteners and 1,800 sets of fang bolts. All parts were inspected, securely packed and palletized for international shipment.

UHMWPE Plastic Conveyor Flight

A Latin American customer ordered customized BF flat UHMWPE conveyor flights for a scraper chain conveyor. The flights were mounted on metal chain scrapers to push bulk material during conveying, with dimensions and mounting holes customized according to the customer’s chain and scraper requirements.

CC Type Elevator Buckets to East-South Asia

A Philippine customer ordered 5,000 white HDPE CC elevator buckets in five models, including CC4X3, CC5X4, CC9X5, CC10X5 and CC11X5. After sample approval, the buckets were customized with customer logos, produced within one month and prepared with Form E documentation.

ABS Elevator Bucket DL3319 and Elevator Chains To Vietnam

A new Vietnamese customer ordered 560 white ABS DL3319 elevator buckets together with 210 meters of stainless steel elevator chain with nylon rollers. Drawings were confirmed before production, and the complete order was finished within 15–20 days and packed on three pallets for shipment.
