BR type of arc drag plastic scraper flight paddle is for U type scraper conveyor, the self-cleaning scraper conveyor.
It has material HDPE, UHMWPE, PA and PU. We can customise the hole diameter and all other flight sizes to clients’ requirements.
We have economically reinforced UHMWPE material for high-temperature application with the colour white.
Project Description
This is a new project which we customized for an Australian customer, who contacted us from our website.
At first, they sent us some photos to check whether we could supply them. After checking, we gave them our standard drawing and let them provide the sizes we needed.
We made this drag flight drawing according to their sizes, and after they confirmed this drawing, we made the drag flight samples.
Packaging
Total of 10 pieces, 8 pieces have holes, and the other two don’t have holes. The customer may want to relocate the holes, we’re waiting for their further reply.
We use one carton to load all the samples, and then send them by FedEx Express.
