Description
The BR type arc drag conveyor flight is designed for U-type scraper conveyors and self-cleaning scraper conveyor systems. It can be manufactured from HDPE, UHMWPE, PA and PU materials according to different conveying conditions. Hole diameter, mounting position and flight dimensions can be customized based on customer requirements.
For applications requiring higher wear resistance, reinforced UHMWPE material can also be supplied for improved performance in demanding environments. Project Description
This was a customized sample project for an Australian customer who contacted us through our website. The customer first sent photos of the existing drag flight to check whether we could manufacture a suitable replacement. After reviewing the requirements, we provided our standard drawing and requested the necessary dimensions.
Based on the confirmed measurements, we prepared the drag flight drawing for customer approval. After the drawing was confirmed, we manufactured the samples according to the approved specifications.
Packaging
The total quantity of this sample order was 10 pieces. Among them, 8 pieces were manufactured with holes, while the other 2 pieces were supplied without holes because the customer may relocate the hole positions for further testing.
All samples were packed in one carton and shipped to the customer by FedEx Express.
