Description
These M3018 elevator buckets were ordered by a long-term Chilean customer who has purchased both carbon steel and HDPE elevator buckets from us over the years, together with fang bolt sets for bucket installation.
This order included 2,000 pcs of white HDPE M3018 elevator buckets. The bucket dimensions are A 318 mm × B 185 mm × C 140 mm, with 3 mounting holes, 100 mm hole spacing and a standard 11 mm hole diameter. Hole diameter and spacing can also be customized according to the customer’s installation requirements.

Material
The M3018 buckets in this project were manufactured from white HDPE, which offers lightweight construction, corrosion resistance and reliable performance for general bulk material conveying applications. Depending on operating conditions, other elevator bucket models are also available in reinforced nylon, carbon steel and stainless steel.
Packing
The packing method was the same as in the customer’s previous orders. All 2,000 M3018 buckets were loaded onto five pallets, wrapped with protective plastic film and securely strapped for transportation. The pallets arrived at the shipping agent’s warehouse in good packing condition.
