Plastic bucket: HDPE, Nylon, PU etc
Metal bucket: carbon steel, stainless steel
Question:
If the plastic bucket is broken, and the bucket material is falling inside the food, can the broken material be detected by the metal detector?
Answer:
No. The metal detector can only detect the metal material.
For our plastic bucket, we will not add any metal material inside, so it can not be detected by the metal detector.
Solution:
If the plastic material is falling inside the food material, it can use a screening method to separate them.
