Project Description
This project was ordered by a new customer in Vietnam.
At first, they found us on our website and sent us some bucket photos to check whether we could supply them or not. By the way, they also need the suitable chains for this model buckets.
After we checked and confirmed it, they ordered 560 pieces of elevator buckets and 210m chains from us for testing first.
Before production, we sent them our drawings for checking. After they gave us the green light, we made the production.
We finished them within 15-20 days, then sent the packing details and photos for their checking.
To protect the elevator buckets, we packed them into cartons and then loaded them on two pallets.
For chains, we use one small pallet to load them.
Material
The material of these buckets is white ABS, which is much stronger than HDPE. We can also supply reinforced nylon, HDPE, carbon steel and stainless steel materials, and lots of model types for choosing, all are based on the customer’s needs.
And for the elevator chains, are made of stainless steel, rollers are made of nylon, just like our drawings show.
Packing Photos
For these buckets and chains, we use three pallets to load all of them, wrap the outside with plastic film and tie the pallet tightly with zip ties.
All the products arrived at the shipping agent’s warehouse with good packing conditions.
