Project Description
This project was ordered by a new customer in Vietnam.
The customer first found us through our website and sent photos of the existing buckets for identification. They also needed a compatible elevator chain for the DL3319 bucket model, so we reviewed the bucket dimensions and chain requirements together before quotation.
After confirming the model and dimensions, the customer placed a trial order for 560 DL3319 elevator buckets and 210 meters of matching elevator chain.
Before production, we prepared detailed drawings of both the buckets and chain for customer confirmation. Production started only after the drawings were approved.
We finished them within 15-20 days, then sent the packing details and photos for their checking.
To protect the elevator buckets, we packed them into cartons and then loaded them on two pallets.
For chains, we use one small pallet to load them.
Material
The DL3319 buckets in this order were manufactured from white ABS, selected for its good impact resistance, dimensional stability and suitability for repeated conveying cycles. We also manufacture elevator buckets in HDPE, reinforced nylon, carbon steel and stainless steel for different materials and operating conditions. The matching elevator chain was manufactured from stainless steel, with nylon rollers according to the confirmed drawing.

Packing Photos
The complete order was packed on three pallets. The buckets were first packed in cartons, while the chains were secured separately on a small pallet. All pallets were wrapped with protective film and tightly strapped for transportation.
All the products arrived at the shipping agent’s warehouse with good packing conditions.
