Description
Our ordinary elevator bolts are manufactured with 6g thread tolerance and mechanical properties above grade 4.8. Surface treatment options include oxidation and galvanization. This economical bolt type is mainly used for fastening plastic elevator buckets in low-speed conveying applications. For higher fastening strength, customers can also choose our Fanged Elevator Bolt. Project Description
This was a new project from an Australian customer who found us through our website and needed ordinary elevator bolts. The customer first sent photos of the existing bolts for identification. After reviewing the photos, we provided our standard M6×16 drawing for confirmation. Once the dimensions were approved, the customer placed a trial order for 6,000 pcs. Production was arranged according to the confirmed specification and completed as quickly as possible. After inspection, the customer arranged DHL pickup directly from our company.
Packing Photos
This was a trial order of 6,000 pcs. The elevator bolts were packed in cartons with protective plastic wrapping to reduce movement and damage during express transportation.
