Plastic Elevator Bucket
The plastic elevator buckets in this project included three DS models with different capacities and mounting dimensions:
DS1009: 104 × 90 × 82 mm, hole center 50 mm, 2-Ø7
DS1109: 116 × 90 × 82 mm, hole distance 60 mm, 2-Ø7
DS2312: 235 × 125 × 118 mm, hole distance 120 mm, 2-Ø9
These models are part of our elevator bucket range, which includes plastic and steel bucket designs for different conveying capacities and discharge requirements.




Metal Elevator bucket
The metal elevator bucket section of this order included two 1.5 mm thick steel bucket models:
DS1109-1.5: 110 × 90 × 68 mm, hole distance 60 mm, 2-Ø7
DS1411-1.5: 140 × 112 × 85 mm, hole center 60 mm, 2-Ø7

Fang Elevator Bolt
The project also included multiple sizes of Fanged Elevator Bolts: M8×25WS, M8×30WS, M8×35WS, M8×40WS and M10×40WS. Each set consisted of one fang bolt, one nyloc nut, one flat washer and one spring washer for secure bucket installation.

Rubber Elevator Belt
The rubber elevator belts supplied for this project included EP200-125×3(2-2), EP200-150×3(2-2) and EP200-200×4(2-2), all in cutting-edge configurations. Different belt widths and ply structures were selected to match the corresponding bucket sizes and operating requirements.
