UHMWPE Plastic Conveyor Flight

A Latin American customer ordered customized BF flat UHMWPE conveyor flights for a scraper chain conveyor. The flights were mounted on metal chain scrapers to push bulk material during conveying, with dimensions and mounting holes customized according to the customer’s chain and scraper requirements.

DS1312 Steel Elevator Buckets and Fang Bolts Supplied to Australia

An Australian customer ordered DS1312 steel elevator buckets together with matching M6×30 fang elevator bolts. The buckets were formed by one-piece stamping without welded seams, with mounting holes customizable to the customer’s installation requirements.

ABS Elevator Bucket DL3319 TO Thailand

A Thai customer ordered 200 white ABS DL3319 elevator buckets for a Z-type bucket elevator system. After bucket photos and dimensions were reviewed, drawings were confirmed before production. The order was completed within 15–20 days, packed in cartons and secured on one pallet for shipment.

ZF Series Motor Vibrator Project

A South American customer ordered 85 sets of concrete vibrators in ZF T2, T4 and T6 series, including ZF-T2/300, ZF-T6/1000, ZF-T6/1500 and ZF-T4/1700 models for construction and concrete vibration applications.

Nylon Feed Screw Designed and Produced for Israel

An Israeli customer ordered a custom nylon feed screw with SS304 components for liquid packaging equipment. The screw was designed according to the customer’s bottles and application, confirmed through 3D simulation, and checked for rotation direction and bottle-handling performance before production.

Q235 Continuous Endless Screw to Chile

A long-term Chilean customer added a new continuous screw flight model after previously purchasing four other sizes. The flight measures OD250 × ID60.3 × P250 × L1000 × T5 mm with right-hand rotation and was completed within 10 days.

1.2m OD Conical Screw Flight with 50mm Thickness

A New Zealand customer ordered a custom 50 mm thick conical screw flight with a maximum OD of 1.2 m and minimum OD of 430 mm. Due to the changing inner and outer diameters and heavy plate thickness, special tooling and balancing methods were developed to ensure concentricity and production success.

HDPE Elevator Bucket DM1413 to Belarus

A long-term Belarusian customer placed repeat orders for 1,000 white HDPE DM1413 elevator buckets after first testing samples. The buckets were manufactured for gentle rice conveying, confirmed by drawing before production, completed within 15–20 days, and securely palletized for shipment.
