A, B and C Size
In this case, A size is 270mm, B size is 160mm and C size is 142mm.
Bucket Type
Elevator buckets have the deep type (Like D and DS series) and shallow type (like S and DQ series). By comparing the C dimension, you can identify whether a deep or shallow bucket design is more suitable.
From the bucket mouth, there is a flat type and a round type. Most of the buckets are in flat shapes, like our D, DS, S and DQ series. But we still have one bucket special, it is CC type.

Bucket Thickness
In this case, the bucket thickness is 7mm. Bucket thickness is normally fixed for each standard model, so it does not need to be selected separately.
Our bucket is standard. We already have the mould for each model bucket, and you do not need to pay the mould cost. That means when you ask for the bucket from us for a certain model number, the thickness is fixed. And of course, it is most reasonable thickness by our continuous product improvement.
Material
Available materials include HDPE, nylon, and PU, depending on the operating conditions.

In this case, it is reinforced nylon. Commonly Nylon will be used in hot high-temperature circumstances.
Drilling Hole
In this case, there are three holes, and the hole diameter is 9mm, and use an M10 elevator bolt. The hole distance is 90mm.
Mounting holes can be customized according to your installation requirements.
Commonly the clients will ask for our standard. But still, there is a special installation requirement, that is ok.

You do not need to meet your size exactly the same, a few difference is fine for your installation.
In this example, the closest model is CC10×6. After confirming the bucket material and mounting hole requirements, the model can be finalized.
