Description of brush
The QMW55 brush sieve cleaner is installed on the upper part of a flat sieve and is mainly used for flour cleaning applications. Its fan-blade structure helps reduce movement blockage inside the screen, allowing smoother operation and improving the overall cleaning effect. Project detail
This was the customer’s second order for QMW55 brush sieve cleaners, with the same quantity of 200 pcs as the previous order. The repeat purchase reflected the customer’s satisfaction with the product quality and helped strengthen our long-term business relationship.
Material
The QMW55 brush sieve cleaners in this project were manufactured from FDA approved polyurethane (PU), following the material requirement of the customer’s approved sample. PU provides good flexibility and wear resistance for repeated sieve cleaning applications.

The QMW55 dimensions and structure were confirmed according to the customer’s sample and project requirements before production.
Packing
All 200 pcs of QMW55 brush sieve cleaners were packed in one carton with suitable protection and shipped to the customer by FedEx Express.
