Structure
We weld two screw pieces together to get a vacuum space.
Application
It is used to dry or cool food, tea, or other materials.
When the media in the screw are hot oil, steam or hot water, the conveying materials (food, tea or sand etc) becomes from the wet to dry status.
When the media are the cooling fluid, the conveying materials like food, tea or sand will become cooling status from hot status, then can pack it immediately.
Machine
Our hollow spiral vacuum continuous dry is used in the screw vacuum dryer or cooker, also could be used for the hollow screw cooler.

Customize
The size and materials of the spiral flight are fully customized. The OD could be from 250-800mm, length could be 6m.
We manufacture the screw flight/spiral flight together with the inner axis.
Food Grade screws
We also manufacture the food-grade screws.
The material must be stainless steel 304 or above, and the surface must be fine and smooth without any material residue.
It is mainly used for food weighing and packaging, fluid food processing, pasta processing, etc.
