A Honduran customer ordered GLR66.5(6)D and GLF68(6)D scraper conveyor chains together with scraper samples and matching sprockets. After confirming customized dimensions and drawings, production was completed in about one month, followed by inspection, pallet packing and LCL sea shipment.

GLF and GLR Scraper Conveyor Chains

GLF and GLR scraper conveyor chains are commonly used in horizontal and U-type scraper conveyors for grain, feed and other bulk material handling applications. The chain plates are manufactured from 40Mn steel, while the pins and rollers use 40Cr steel with heat treatment to improve hardness, wear resistance and service life. In this project, the customer selected GLR66.5(6)D and GLF68(6)D models. Project Description

A new customer from Honduras found us through our website and contacted us for conveyor chains, sprockets and scraper samples. After confirming that GLR66.5(6)D and GLF68(6)D were the required chain models, we prepared detailed drawings for customer review. Several dimensions were customized according to the customer’s requirements. We also prepared drawings for the scraper samples and matching sprockets. After all dimensions and drawings were approved, production started and was completed in about one month. At the same time, they also need some scraper samples and a few sprockets, we also make the drawing and do it for them, see below.

After all is confirmed, we make the products according to the drawings.

It took about one month for production, all went successfully.

Packing Photos

After production and inspection were completed, all chains, scraper samples and sprockets were securely packed on two pallets and shipped to Honduras by LCL sea freight.

Supplying Bucket Elevator Parts to Malaysia

A Malaysian customer ordered a complete set of bucket elevator components, including 440 CC11×6 elevator buckets, 6 S4 belt fasteners and 1,800 sets of fang bolts. All parts were inspected, securely packed and palletized for international shipment.

HDPE Elevator Bucket

An Italian customer ordered three types of HDPE elevator buckets, including Euro type, M type and S type models. The mounting holes were punched according to the customer’s installation requirements, with different bucket materials and models available for various bulk material handling applications.

Carbon Steel Helicoid Screw Flights Supplied to U.A.E.

A U.A.E. customer ordered a carbon steel continuous screw flight with OD330 × ID114 × P250 × T12 mm dimensions and right-hand rotation. The flight was manufactured according to confirmed specifications, packed in an export plywood case and shipped by LCL sea freight.

PA66 Nylon Worm Screws Supplied to West Asia

A West Asian customer ordered custom PA66 nylon worm screws with inner SS304 rods and stainless steel pins for packaging equipment. The parts were manufactured according to customer drawings and reference photos, confirmed by 3D drawings, completed within one week and prepared for express delivery.

Meeting the Needs of Our Long-Term Honduran Client: Supplying High-Temperature Welding Chains for a Boiler Plant

A long-term Honduran customer ordered 450 meters of custom welded curved chain for a boiler plant handling burnt coal slag. The chain was manufactured from 35CrMo alloy steel for high-temperature and abrasive conditions, with drawing confirmation, heat treatment, inspection and export packing.
