Description
The QMW55 big brush sieve cleaner is installed on the upper part of a flat sieve and is mainly used for flour cleaning applications. Its fan-blade structure helps reduce movement blockage inside the screen, allowing smoother cleaning and more stable sieve operation.
In addition to QMW55 brush cleaners, we manufacture different sieve cleaner designs, including big triangle, rivet triangle, brush triangle and cotton canvas pad types for different screening requirements. Material
The QMW55 brush sieve cleaner samples in this project were manufactured from FDA approved polyurethane (PU). PU provides good flexibility and wear resistance for repeated sieve cleaning operations in flour and grain processing equipment.
Specification and Drawing
The QMW55 sample dimensions and structure were manufactured according to the drawing shown below and confirmed before production.
Packing
A total of 10 QMW55 brush sieve cleaner samples were packed in one carton with suitable protection and shipped to the customer in Paraguay by UPS Express.
