Q355 Continuous and Segment Screw flight

An Australian customer ordered customized continuous and sectional screw flights in multiple sizes with both left-hand and right-hand rotation. After technical discussions and specification confirmation, the flights were manufactured, separately packed in a steel cage and wooden case, and shipped by LCL sea freight.

1.2m OD Conical Screw Flight with 50mm Thickness

A New Zealand customer ordered a custom 50 mm thick conical screw flight with a maximum OD of 1.2 m and minimum OD of 430 mm. Due to the changing inner and outer diameters and heavy plate thickness, special tooling and balancing methods were developed to ensure concentricity and production success.

UHMWPE Plastic Conveyor Flight

A Latin American customer ordered customized BF flat UHMWPE conveyor flights for a scraper chain conveyor. The flights were mounted on metal chain scrapers to push bulk material during conveying, with dimensions and mounting holes customized according to the customer’s chain and scraper requirements.

OD 1.2m with Thickness 40mm Conical Screw Flight

A long-term New Zealand customer placed a third order for a large conical screw flight with a maximum OD of 1.2 m, minimum OD of 430 mm and 40 mm thickness. Custom tooling was developed to control concentricity during forming and welding.

Conveyor Belt Brush Cleaner Sample Supplied to South America

A South American customer required 100 conveyor belt brush cleaners for a rotary cleaning system and first requested one sample for installation testing. The white brush measured Ø150 × 390 mm with a Ø25 mm bore and was sent together with another shipment for evaluation.

Q235 Continuous Endless Screw to Chile

A long-term Chilean customer added a new continuous screw flight model after previously purchasing four other sizes. The flight measures OD250 × ID60.3 × P250 × L1000 × T5 mm with right-hand rotation and was completed within 10 days.

Elevator Buckets, Bolts and Belt Supplied for Bucket Elevator Project

An African customer ordered a complete set of bucket elevator components, including plastic and steel elevator buckets, M8/M10 fang bolt sets and EP200 rubber elevator belts. Multiple bucket sizes, bolt lengths and belt widths were supplied for matching within the same vertical conveying system.

SS304 Screw Flight

A Philippine customer ordered SS304 sectional screw flights with OD315 × ID100 × P400 × T5 mm dimensions and left-hand rotation. The original 500 mm pitch was optimized to 400 mm after manufacturability review to improve forming feasibility and dimensional control.
