Description
This is an order from a new customer in Australia, who need two types screw flights. One is continuous screw, and the other is segment augers.
Regarding this order, we have talked many times, and they also have many choices. In the end, they chose us because we’re reliable and have the best price with the best quality.
For the continuous screw, there are 5 sizes:
400×114.3x400x5 (2.5)x2500mm, Left Hand
300×76.1x300x5 (2.4) x 2700mm, Left Hand
250×60.3x250x5(2.4) x2700mm, Left Hand
330×76.1x330x5 (2.4) x 2500mm, Right Hand
For the segment auger, there’s 1 size:
400×114.3x400x5mm, Left Hand
Material
The material they ordered is carbon steel Q355, we also have stainless steel, based on the customer’s request.
Packing
We have one wooden case to load the segment augers and one steel cage to load the continuous screw flights. All packing materials meet the requirement of export.
The total weight is about 5,000kgs, volume is about 5cbm, we send them to custmer’s place by LCL ocean.
