Helix Screw Flight Size
The continuous screw flight in this project was manufactured to OD330 × ID114 × P250 × T12 mm with right-hand rotation.
For nominal 12 mm plate, the actual measured thickness may be slightly below the nominal value because of normal steel plate manufacturing tolerance. In this project, a plate thickness of approximately 11.75 mm could be used for the nominal 12 mm requirement.
To prepare an accurate quotation for a custom screw flight, we normally need the outer diameter, inner diameter, pitch, plate thickness, material, rotation direction and required quantity from the customer.

Material
The screw flight in this project was manufactured from carbon steel. Carbon steel is commonly used for continuous helicoid screw flights where long, continuous flight sections are required.
Stainless steel screw flights are also available. For thicker plates, larger diameters or one-pitch-one-piece designs, a sectional manufacturing method is often more suitable. Packing
The finished screw flight was packed in an export plywood case with forklift-accessible legs, making the package easier and safer to handle during loading, warehouse movement and international transportation.
Delivery
This order was shipped by LCL sea freight, which was suitable because the shipment volume did not require a full container.
