Our Fang elevator bolt thread production precision is all 6g. The Material can be carbon steel with hot galvanised and stainless steel.
The mechanical properties grade is higher than level 4.8-5.6.
Surface treatment is galvanization.
Our fang bolt of the elevator is used for lifting the high-capacity materials, and the elevator runs at a quick linear speed.
It can be used for plastic elevator buckets and steel elevator buckets, especially for high-capacity elevator buckets or big convexity bucket installation.
During the elevator running process, it can afford the big impact load.

Project Description
This is a new project for which we cooperated with a Fiji customer, who contacted us from our website.
At first, they sent us some bolts photos to check whether we could supply them. After checking, we gave them our standard drawing M8X45WS, a set that includes one fang bolt, one domed washer, one spring washer and one nyloc nut, and they agreed.
We made this fang bolt set according to their request, and after they confirmed this drawing, we made the bolt sets for them.
