Description
Our Fanged Elevator Bolts are designed for secure bucket installation in bucket elevator systems and are suitable for applications involving relatively high loads and impact. The bolts are available in carbon steel and stainless steel. Carbon steel versions can be supplied with galvanized surface treatment for improved corrosion resistance.
The thread tolerance is 6g, and the mechanical properties are above Grade 4.8. The fang structure helps prevent the bolt from rotating during tightening, allowing the bucket to be securely fastened to the elevator belt. Different sizes and matching washers and nuts are available according to customer requirements.

Project Description
A new customer from Fiji contacted us through our website and sent photos of the existing elevator bolts for identification. After reviewing the photos, we confirmed that we could manufacture the required bolt set and provided our standard M8×45WS drawing for approval. Each set included one fang bolt, one domed washer, one spring washer and one nyloc nut. After the customer confirmed the drawing and set configuration, we arranged production according to the approved requirements.
Packing Photos
This was a sample order with a relatively small quantity, so the completed fang bolt sets were securely packed in several cartons for international transportation.
