A long-term Honduran customer ordered 450 meters of custom welded curved chain for a boiler plant handling burnt coal slag. The chain was manufactured from 35CrMo alloy steel for high-temperature and abrasive conditions, with drawing confirmation, heat treatment, inspection and export packing.

A long-term Polish customer ordered 100 meters of conveyor chain and 8 matching sprockets to replace worn components in an existing conveyor system. Based on customer photos and partial parameters, we prepared detailed drawings for confirmation before production, inspection and shipment to Poland.

A Canadian customer ordered GLF scraper conveyor chains together with plastic and steel scrapers for a MuYang conveyor system. After reviewing the customer’s photos, we prepared chain and scraper drawings for confirmation, then completed production, inspection and pallet packing for LCL sea shipment.

A Honduran customer ordered GLR66.5(6)D and GLF68(6)D scraper conveyor chains together with scraper samples and matching sprockets. After confirming customized dimensions and drawings, production was completed in about one month, followed by inspection, pallet packing and LCL sea shipment.

A South American customer ordered a complete set of chain conveyor components, including GLF and GLR conveyor chains, PE and UHMWPE flights, sprockets, nylon rollers and replacement pins for bulk material handling and conveyor maintenance applications.

An Ecuadorian customer ordered 100.016 m of GLF66.5(6)D scraper conveyor chain, 400 UHMWPE BF240×49×14 flights and 4 matching 12-tooth sprockets. The chain and flights were assembled before shipment with M8×35S installation bolts and packed on one pallet for export.

A South American customer ordered 1,000 nylon chain rollers with Ø97 mm outer diameter, 80 mm height and Ø25 mm inner bore for chain conveyor support and guiding. Roller dimensions can also be customized according to the customer’s chain and conveyor requirements.

A Latin American customer ordered one-piece and split conveyor chain sprockets for scraper conveyor applications. The sprockets were matched with conveyor chains and flights, manufactured from 45 steel with hardened teeth, and selected in different tooth counts according to conveyor trough depth and system requirements.

A long-term Latin American customer placed another repeat order for 2,000 m of scraper conveyor chain with matching UHMWPE scraper flights and metal sprockets. The chain uses 100 mm pitch, 6 mm chain plates and 225 mm scraper width for continuous bulk material conveying.
