Material and Manufacturing

We manufacture GLF and 81X, 81XH, and 81XHH series scraper conveyor chains using high-quality medium alloy steel to ensure durability and performance.

  • Chain plate material: 40Mn
  • Pin and roller material: 40Cr

All components are heat-treated to achieve suitable surface hardness, ensuring strong wear resistance and long service life under continuous operation.
