Elevator Plastic Metal Bucket Installation Hole Type
Commonly our plastic installation hole is flat type.
Only our drying bucket DH series have the recessed hole.
Most of the metal buckets have recessed holes. The recessed holes are made by the mould, which can not be changed.
Why our plastic buckets have flat holes instead of recessed holes? If the flat hole, we can stamp the holes by clients’ installation status, they can choose the different hole distances with different hole diameters.
I understand some of the clients think that it is not too firm for the installation. But this is over-thinking, we use the domed washer and nyloc nut of the fang bolts for the installation. After the pressing of the domed washer, the installation will be more firm and strong. You can screw the fang bolts to adjust the firm degree.
Our bucket of the flat hole is already verified by the market.
