Let’s talk about the reason from the manufacturing process.
Manufacturing process of the nylon chain roller
Both of the white and the slight yellow color is made by PA66 nylon material.
The white color roller is made from the extruded nylon rod. The pure white seems beauty of the apperance. We used to use this process to do the further machining work of the rollers.
The slight yellow color of the chain roller is made by the casted nylon. Now it is our main manufacturing method.
Why we changed the manufacturing process?
The nylon roller made by the casted nylon process is more anti-wear. The roller will be running together with chain, so it needs the wear resistant ability as stronger as possible.
Case
We have a client who buy our nylon roller without teeth, it is made by the orginal extruded type.
About half a year, the roller surface is worn out by rubbing with chain. Not always the chain quality is good, sometimes the chain surface has burring that causes the quick damage of roller.

You can send us the main dimension of the outer diameter, inner hole diameter, height and also the inner circle height. We will make the drawing for your approval before production.
