What’s the difference of D elevator cups and CC elevator cups?

We have two kinds of deep plastic elevator bucket cups which are measured by imperial (inch) units. That is D elevator cups buckets and CC elevator cups buckets. Whats’s the difference of D elevator cups and CC elevator cups?

CC elecator bucket cups pictures

The bucket elevator cups of CC series was first developed by Tapaco Company. It is a kind of America style elevator bucket. Later Maxilift company optimized it on the basis of CC series. That is D series elevator bucket cups. The mouth shape of CC elevator cups is circular and arc-shaped. D series elevator bucket cups’ mouth is flat.

Nowadays, more and more customers use D elevator bucket. However there are still a few companies that are used to using CC series elevator bucket. For example, GSI company still uses CC series bucket elevator cups buckets, and many companies are following him.

Shapes

As mentioned above, the top mouth of CC series is arc-shaped. And the D series elevator cups’ mouth is flat.

Cost

The thickness of CC bucket is thicker, and it is a circular arc mouth with more materials. So compared with the D bucket elevator cup, CC series is more expensive.

Strength

Because the thickness of CC cups is thicker,and the mouth is arc-shaped. The strength of CC is higher than D elevator cups.
