This new customer found us on our website and’s looking for plastic and steel scrappers and conveyor chains.
At first, they sent us two photos of the chain conveyor model type and chains to check whether we could supply, it’s MuYang’s machine.
We checked and confirmed we can provide the chains, and sent our chain drawing for their checking.
By the way, they also need the plastic and steel scrappers, we sent the drawings together.
They confirmed our drawings and sizes and then ordered from us.
GLF and GLR Scraper Conveyor Chains
The above chain they need is GLF type chains, and we also have GLR type, they are two of our major chains, which are widely used in horizontal and U-type scraper conveyors.
These chains use high-quality medium alloy steel material. The chain plate material is 40Mn, and the pin and roller use the 40Cr material. The surface has a hardness which we already made the heat treatment. The chains have a very good anti-shearing force and very good tensile strength. They also have a beautiful appearance.
Packing Photos
After all the products were finished, we packed them on one pallet and delivered them to our customer by LCL Ocean.
