Packing
To suit the shipment requirement, we changed our packing style from Pallet, to Frame, to a fully closed packing box. The box is made of plywood, especially for exportation.
Definition: A helical structure used in screw conveyors or feeders to move bulk materials. In animal feed handling, screw flights help transport feeds through the system, commonly seen in feed mills or processing plants.
Material Handling Purpose: Screw flights efficiently move bulk feed materials horizontally or at an incline, often used for transporting grains or powdered feeds.
PVC Elevator Belt
Specification
PVC880-300, 7mm thickness
PVC8800-200, 7mm thickness
These two types of belts are the same type, just cut into two different widths 200mm and 300mm to suit the different widths of the elevator bucket.

Definition: PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) elevator belts are used in belt-driven systems to vertically move bulk feed materials in animal feed factories or processing plants.
Material Handling Purpose: The belts typically transport bulk feeds from lower to higher levels, such as between floors or silos. PVC belts are durable, flexible, and resistant to wear, making them ideal for feed handling.
These two components are crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of bulk feed materials within an animal feed plant, contributing to operational efficiency in large-scale production.
