GLF and GLR Scraper Conveyor Chains
GLF and GLR chains are two of our major chains, which are widely used in horizontal and U-type scraper conveyors.
These chains use high-quality medium alloy steel material. The chain plate material is 40Mn, and the pin and roller use the 40Cr material. The surface has a hardness which we already made the heat treatment. The chains have a very good anti-shearing force and very good tensile strength. They also have a beautiful appearance.

Project Description
This is a new customer who found us on our website and’s looking for chains, sprockets and some scrapper samples.
After confirming it’s the GLR66.5(6)D and GLF68(6)D chains they needed, we sent them our chain drawings for their checking. For some data, we customize the chains per their needs, checking the following.
At the same time, they also need some scraper samples and a few sprockets, we also make the drawing and do it for them, see below.
After all is confirmed, we make the products according to the drawings.
It took about one month for production, all went successfully.
Packing Photos
After all the products were finished, we packed them on two pallets and delivered them to our customer by LCL ocean.
