BF Flat Drag Conveyor Flight, scraper blade paddle for plastic scraper chain conveyor.

The common material is UHMWPE and HDPE. Other materials are PA(polyurethane) and PU (nylon)

UHMWPE is more anti-abrasion than HDPE material. The anti-high temperature ability is lower than PU(nylon). UHMWPE is the most widely used material for this application now in the industry.

We have reinforced UHMWPE material, it can resolve the anti-high temperature problem. And the price is cheaper than PU nylon. The colour is black or dark grey.

PA material is seldom used now, it has a higher anti-wear ability than UHMWPE, and the price is high. Still have some rice mill will use it.

PU nylon material flight is almost not used, the anti-high temperature ability is higher than UHMWPE, but now we have reinforced UHMWPE material to replace it. Our ring chain still uses Nylon flight. The flight size could be customized.

Our BF flat type of chain paddle is a flight used for En-masse conveyor.

It is used for our GLF and 81X, 81H series chain for horizontal scraper conveyor.
