Our PVC Elevator Belt is a kind of solid woven type belt. It is interweaved with polyester and cotton material. These polyester and cotton material will be dipped into the PVC fluid paste resin to plasticise under high temperatures.

The surface of the carcass will also be pressed by the PVC on both sides. One side is the smooth cover, and the other, which contacts the pulley, is a friction-type cover. It is a kind of elevator belt for fire resistance and anti-static.

Features of Vertical PVC Elevator Conveyor Belt

• PVC elevator belt is made interwoven, and the rubber elevator is made of different plies. Each lay will have an extra pull or tight strength for the different layers of the rubber elevator belt, and then the whole belt strength will not be even. The PVC belt is woven in an entire unit and doesn’t have this problem. PVC belting will have an even-strength, no surface peeling or inter de-laminating problem. The belt linear speed is high, and it is not easy to be running out of the head drum or shock the head or tail drum.
• The belt carcass is dipped in the PVC resin and becomes a whole tight unit, and this ensures better ability of the belt anti-tear ability and anti-pull-through of the elevator bolt while installation and elevator running.
• PVC material has unique oil resistance characteristics, anti-corrosion, anti-moisture and anti-abrasion ability.
• This kind of PVC vertical conveyor belting is light with a solid structure and needs a lower driving power, anti-frame, and anti-static, making the elevator system safer.
• It is food grade elevator belt, ideally for the grain handling application.
